Hey guys, just putting the word out. I have a 1992 Chevy g20 3/4 ton van with a 305 that I need the front crossmember, I beam, front axle, whatever you want to call the large chunk of metal the engine mounts to and the control arms mount to on each side. I'm noticing some rust on mine I don't like the looks of. If anyone knows someone with a van sitting around that fits the year and style please let me know.

Thanks man. I appreciate the effort. I am looking at a set up tomorrow in bristol. Right down the street from Lunatic Pete. If all goes well I'll be cleaning it up and painting it for a spring installation. If it doesn't work out I give those guys a call.

Yeah yeah......I got what I could afford at the time. Its a great van If I could post a pic of it I would. for a 92 She is in great health over all. The guy in Bristol had the front end pieces i needed so come spring she gets a new front end. I'll be buying some special rust proofing paint that Pete has been using and i'll do up the rest of the frame while under there. With new head gaskets she is a beast!

Maybe Craig figured a way of putting classic plates on a work truck to save a couple of bucks Laughing

You guys are funny! Mr. Green She is a beutey I tell ya! After the front end swap I expect to get another 100k on the odemeter They dont make them like this where you can work on them yourself anymore. A nice simple TBI setup gives stability but remains shade tree fixable if you know what I mean! I'll be putting a pic or two of it on my website shortly at www.hartford.handymanmatters.com
